They were methodical, maintained their equipment and the property clean an orderly as they worked. As the day progresses, they would check in and corroborate that I was satisfied with what they had done up to that moment. As they left they picked up all small debris. The woman who answers the phone is always courteous, with a pleasant voice and, unlike the young people today, doesn't speak so fast that you can't follow.
